- Shipping & Delivery
- Regular Standard Shipping is $7.95 for your entire order. Orders for products totaling over $60.00 will be eligible for Free Standard shipping. Regular and Free Shipping will always be USPS and will either be First Class Mail or whatever USPS service is the cheapest.

If you need an item by a guaranteed time, you need to order the item online, then call during business hours (8:30 Am to 4:30 PM Central Time) and ask for an estimate on Shipping.
We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii; it will all ways be the normal shipping charge!
Overnight shipping is a minimum of $25.00 over regular shipping. Overnight shipping is not offered at checkout, please call 800-434-7904 before you place your order, to get a quote and estimated delivery date based on your shipping zip code.- International Shipping
- There are no returns or exchanges on International orders.
- Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Mississippi are subject to 7% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
Order Processing
We strive to ship our products within 5-7 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.

- You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order and let us know that you intend to return an item. Please call (800) 434-7904. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. Some returns are subject to a restocking fee.
