Cowboy Hat Articles
There is a time and a place to wear a hat. Some say it is bad luck to
wear a hat indoors. Many are scolded when they come to the dinner table
wearing a Kenny
Chesney Black Cowboy hat. That makes sense because it is very
distracting and plus it’s a sign of disrespect. Students at
schools are often prohibited from wearing Kenny Chesney hats.
This makes sense because it’s a rule in the handbook
that’s etched in stone prior to day one. If Kenny
Chesney hats are such bad luck when worn indoors, then why
doesn't anyone say anything to the elderly women who wear one
to church? Maybe people think hats protect against the sun or something
and that’s their reason for them not to want others to wear
them inside. People should be able to wear a hat wherever they feel
like it because first of all the hat is theirs. Secondly, they
can’t control people. I understand if a woman wears a hat to
church every once in a while, but every week is ridiculous. People are
afraid that a woman would slap them for asking such a question to why
they wear hats inside the church every week. It’s very
obvious that most women don’t even need a hat because their
attire is simply gorgeous. I bet if a man were to wear a hat to church,
the ushers would tell him to remove it. Then again they might not. At
football games, males have to remove their hats for the National
Anthem. Who came up with that rule? Men should not have to take off
their hats. It should be optional. They don’t make women
remove their hats. I wonder why. Maybe the women should show some
respect too and remove their hat. Things seem to be unbalanced here. It
seems as if things aren’t fair. Then again that’s
life.
